Short. Technical Account Manager for AWS customers since 2022. 11 years as Developer / Engineer. Interested to become a customer facing executive who decides on solutions and delegates implementation to builder teams.
Long. I’d love to grow your business and reinforce your partnerships. I’ll meet your customers needs. Through strategic interactions, deciding on solution, and delegation to internal builder teams.
Interested in customer facing senior level decision making roles.
Based in Cambridge UK. Happy to relocate inside or out of country.
I enjoy meeting with clients, research of stakeholders, to build personal relationships, understand needs, and help customers meet their targets. My personal touch, transparency, earnestness, and utmost interest in your clients makes the difference when it comes to high stake situations.
The customer facing aspect and associated soft skills are still new for me however. All started in 2022 when I moved to Technical Account Manager. I’m now rapidly growing my skills through experience on the job, coaching, and books [1].
Behind me is decade of hands-on technical expertise as developer and engineer. In last years I led the top projects in my teams, launched AWS service, was technical lead & owner of web tools used by 3 departments, and have 2 patents as primary contributor. Experienced in architecture, design, planning, estimation, keeping project green and status reporting, bar raising, on-call, leading security/durability/operational readiness reviews, and all facets of implementation.
At this point however, I’ve outgrown the challenges associated with implementation and am focused at being at the forefront of understanding needs and deciding on an approach for solution. I wish to delegate to engineering teams.

During work week I carved free time while family sleeps. Morning 30min on self-improvement books and evening up to 2 hours on networking, thinking about future, blogging.
Current passion is to expand network and rejuvenate past connections. Looking for ways to help people. Considering to volunteer to non-profits.

Why this blog
My natural focus is on pointing out things to improve, rather than focusing on how to mitigate them in the future. The behaviour led to a lot of career limiting mistakes and I had to acknowledge my mentality can be improved.
In this blog you can see my journey from negative to positive mentality and the benefits it brought to my career and relationships. I hope by reading it, at the right time and with the right mental model, it influences you to self-improve. I have similarly been influenced, and self-reflected it was due compounding data points until my brain finally ‘got it’.
